This key marketing leader will be responsible in leading efforts for planning, development, and implementation of marketing strategies, communications, events, public relations, collateral, and trade advertising activities to drive brand awareness, sales, and retention goals for Advance. The Marketing Manager will also collaborate with functional leaders within the organization to build integrated marketing strategies for key Advance programs and technology offerings, including Carquest Technical Institute, MOTOSHOP Technology Tools, and our eCommerce platforms. This leader will work closely with cross-functional teams across product development, product marketing, content, digital marketing, and other essential teams to plan and enable integrated marketing.
Lead the development of marketing activities that will grow and enhance our brand image while creating interest and loyalty across the customer lifecycle.
Develop and execute digital engagement strategies for CTI and Motoshop technology tools .
Develop event marketing strategies that will effectively drive customer engagement, grow brand awareness, and separate our brand, products, and team from the competition.
Design and develop integrated campaigns to drive customer interest, consideration, acquisition, retention, and loyalty for Advance
Partner with product marketing, training, and sales leadership to develop high quality sales and marketing resources and tool sets to enhance and improve sales and customer engagement.
Work with key agencies , Trade publications and customer research team to develop trade pub and PR strategy to support positive brand image and amplify company message.
Lead design and development of marketing materials to support team members, channel partners, and end users.

Strong analytical, problem solving, and quantitative analysis skills
Familiarity with Web analytics tools
Solid understanding of Internet trends, business models and technologies
Strong analytical, communications and organizational skills with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
Ability to link strategic and tactical planning
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to create & deliver clear, powerful & concise presentations/proposals
Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project and familiarity with web based presentation technologies
Strong understanding of ecommerce and eservices applications and practical understanding of commercial customer need for such tools
Ability to plan and manage time and resources, establish priorities and meet goals
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Market or a related field;
6-8 years of experience in sales, field marketing, or marketing management;
at least two years of experience in integrating field sales and marketing initiatives or managerial experience with a consumer or commercial focused organization;
or equivalent combination of education and experience.
