Job Description:

The Director Corporate Information Technology will serve as a strategic member on the CIO leadership team and will lead the design, implementation and operations for the PeopleFluent internal systems and services. Specifically, the Director will have responsibilities for the enterprise messaging platforms, security operations, associate identity and access management, telecommunications, end-user services and the corporate Service Desk.


• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Corporate IT Infrastructure team and end user services for all PeopleFluent offices worldwide

• Architect, design and implement robust, scalable and secure solutions and services in support of the organizational goals and objectives

• Design and implement the appropriate policies, procedures and technologies to enhance the overall security posture of PeopleFluent in partnership with the corporate information security team

• Develop detailed infrastructure project plans and accountable for delivering completed projects on time and within budget

• Serve as a key contributor to the strategic IT roadmap in support of the PeopleFluent products and technologies

• Develops IT infrastructure standards, governance policies and technical system documentation

• Anticipates, initiates and responds to operational challenges involved in managing complex and highly integrated IT infrastructure services and support

• Creates solutions and owns key decisions to maximize the performance, uptime, and supportability of infrastructure components and systems

• Provides expert-level technical system analysis and problem resolution for complex problems

• Designs, updates and implements disaster recovery plans and executes disaster recovery tests for supported systems

Job Requirements:

• Minimum eight (8) years of progressively advancing technical and managerial experience with at least three in a supervisory capacity

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, advanced degrees are preferred

• Proficiency with process and project management methodologies, tools and processes

• Ability to work collaboratively across the organization: interpret user requirements, identify the root cause, research possible solutions and identify most feasible solutions

• Proven track record in building, sustaining and navigating stakeholder relationships in and outside the organization

• In depth, up to date technical knowledge and hands on experience with: Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Systems Management, Active Directory and identity and access management methodologies, Cisco and/or Check Point Switching, Routing and Security technologies, Cisco VoIP management, Cloud/IaaS platform management and Microsoft Office 365

• Excellent communications and presentation skills and a proven ability to be an independent problem solver

• A high degree of integrity, enthusiasm and willingness to represent the company in the most professional and positive manner
