Kelly Services Salesforce Administrator in Fuquay Varina, North Carolina
The Salesforce.com administrator will aid in the support of more than 170 active Salesforce.com users. The analyst is responsible for systems administration and custom development; standard and ad hoc reporting, analysis and insights; user training; and project design and implementation in areas such as CRM, sales KPIs, and special projects as assigned.
Create and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns, workflows and other salesforce.com objects and functions.
Respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
Provide sales and financial data (pipeline and top opportunities) to senior leaders.
Manage personnel changes - adjust hierarchy & roles, reassign accounts, contacts, leads and opportunities, grant/remove user licenses.
Maintain security including sharing rules and security levels
Work with Salesforce users to enhance system - identify needs, manage system changes without interruption to the user, offer training (onboard new user or refine existing user)
Assist sales management to create processes in salesforce.com to help monitor activities, trends, sales and leads.
Monitor and improve data quality (merge duplicate records, perform mass uploads, update overdue opportunities)
3 to 5 years of Salesforce.com administration experience (certification a plus)
Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with a team
Minimum expectation of a Bachelor-s degree
Great communication skills with enthusiastic personality
Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong problem solving skills, data and software applications
Successful multi-tasker - can handle large workloads
