Job Description:

CSRA is currently looking for a Project Supervisor for our Ft. Bragg, NC location. Must have a current and active SECRET clearance.

Project Supervisor - Ft. Bragg, NC:

Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules, and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients and other stakeholders.


  • BS or Equivalent with 3 yrs experience.

  • Must have a current and active SECRET clearance.

  • Perform duties as the Regional Support Center Deputy Manager, responsible for the day-to-day operations pertaining to electronic systems maintenance and the logistics functions required to accomplish the Regional Support Center missions.

  • Responsible for the supervisory and administrative functions for personnel assigned to the Regional Support Center.

  • Perform as the first line supervisor of the Budget Analyst and the Administrative Clerk. Reviews and approves all fiscal and administrative reports.

  • Coordinate with the Government Site Manager daily reviewing funding issues to insure funds are adequate to accomplish missions.

  • Coordinate with department managers to ensure that maintenance work being performed falls within the scope of the contract and resolves issues that arise.

  • Responsible for the continuous review of financial reports to insure adequate funding to accomplish the missions.

  • Review and approve all purchase requests processed in VISION, and all shipping requests prior to sending them to the Government Contracting Officer Representative for final approval.

  • Prepare reports as requested by the Government Site Manager at the request of the various Program Manager Customers.
