Description Key Commercial Banking Team Lead role, responsible for the sales results and revenue production for the company's commercial finance activities for product lines and a geographic region. The incumbent Determines initiatives and processes to achieve strategy and vision
Manages revenue generation activities, such as Small Business, Corporate & Commercial Lending, Commercial Real Estate & Construction, Residential Construction and Treasury Management Sales, through developing sales objectives, plans and tactics to achieve sales results in key result areas, and developing, coordinating and implementing marketing efforts and sales plans that address local market opportunities.
Responsible for management and strategy of loan portfolio and quality therein; oversees and recommends loan underwriting and administrative parameters.
Supervises subordinate staff including: hiring recommendations; determining workload and delegating assignments; training, monitoring and evaluating performance; and initiating corrective and disciplinary actions to include terminations.
Requirements Education: Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
Experience: 8-10 years of related experience performing the duties and responsibilities of this role. 10 or more years is preferred.
Other knowledge, skills and abilities: Accurate typing, spelling and grammar skills. Proficient with applicable computer software. Good written and oral communication skills. Good organizational and customer service skills. General banking/operations.
